Aspiro Urbina Jr. appeared at the Magistrate’s Court today to face a charge of wounding. The charge arose after Samuel Bacab reported to Police that on the 27th of August 2010 he was walking on Main Street when he felt something hit him on his mouth. He later realized that he had been hit with a Belikin pint and identified his assailant as Aspiro Urbina Jr.
Urbina was charged with wounding but he pled not guilty. Today when he appeared at the Magistrate’s Court the plaintiff never showed up. As Bacab needed to be present for the case to proceed, Magistrate Linden Flowers dismissed the charge and Urbina was free to go.
