When we spoke with Grisel Botes, the victim of the land scam she gave us her reactions on the outcome of charges.

Grisel Botes – victim

“First of all, I don’t want him to get another bail because if he will come out and do the same thing and I just hope that if he cannot give me my money back I rather see him in jail and I want him in jail.”

Victor Castillo – Reporter

“So what is police saying, what is the outcome of that?”

Grisel Botes – victim

“Well, I think that we will be having court in August so I have to take all what I have and I just hope that there is justice.”

Up to news time Bastarachera was still under police custody. He is scheduled to return to court on August 5th 2014.
