Magdaleonie_TzulOver the weekend burglars kept police officers from the Corozal Police formation busy as they reported to four cases of burglary.


The first victim to be hit was Can Jin Chen, a 30 year old Chinese Businessman from Corozal Town who reported to police that sometime between the hours of 9:00pm on Friday and 7:50 on Saturday morning, his white Toyota Highlander SUV with license plate CZ-03333 was broken into. Chen told police that he left the vehicle parked in front of his business place where someone shattered the right glass window that had a value of $300.00.

 

The thief or thieves took 1 MP3 player valued at $30.00, 1 USB flash drive valued at $30.00 and 1 Dura Last brand vehicle battery valued at $300.00. Stolen items are valued at a total of $660.00.


Luckily for Chen, the entire incident was captured on surveillance camera which shows that the criminal, described as being of Creole decent, broke into the vehicle between the hours of 3:30am and 4:14am. The criminal is also seen taking out fuel from Chen’s vehicle.

 

Corozal Police are currently looking for Magdaleonie Tzul of Corozal Town for the crime of theft. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Tzul is asked to contact the nearest police station.
