But the case against brothers, 31 year old Elias Rosalez, 34 year old Perfecto Rosalez Jr. and 27-year-old David Rosalez, all fishermen of Caledonia Village charged for Murder and attempted murder was adjourned to December 16th 2014.


Viewers might recall that sometime around 9:00pm on Sunday, May 25th 2014, Alcoser went to Mei Mei store located in the Village of Caledonia where he got into an argument with David Rosalez. The argument escalated into a fist fight and that is when Rosalez’s brothers, Elias and Perfecto Jr., came to their brother’s aid armed with machetes and attacked Alcoser who was chopped repeatedly by his attackers and the torture did not stop until his family members rushed to his defense. This is when Alcoser’s father, Marcelo Alcoser and Eder Alcoser were also injured.


The deceased received a large cut wound on the left side of the abdomen, a cut on the left ribcage area, a cut wound on the head, a small cut on the chin and his right forearm was almost completely severed. His father received two cut wounds on the right lower leg and a large cut on the left lower leg below the knee cap. Eder Alcoser succumbed to his injuries on the morning of Monday, May 26th.
