pandaAbout a month ago, Pandas’s Bar located opposite the Central Park in Orange Walk Town, came under public scrutiny after the murder of a BDF soldier Rafael Rivas inside the bar and for being one of many alcoholic establishments operating near the main recreational area of town. Tonight, there is more news to report emanating from that establishment after armed masked thieves targeted the bar last night.

Belizean waitress, Ruby Zetina, reported to police that whilst behind the counter of the bar, two dark skin male individuals with mask covering their faces and dressed in dark clothing, entered the establishment armed with firearms. The men demanded money and fearing for her life, Zetina gave way to the men who helped themselves to the cash register and stole $1,200.00 in Belizean Currency.

Before making their escape the men also robbed Zetina of her touch screen phone. So far police have no leads or have made any arrests on this incident.
