“We are here with Caring Partners International which a medical’s missions group is and we believe in coming alongside people and we believe in physical needs and also the spiritual needs and just we are not forcing anyone to do anything but just spending time with people getting to know them and our doctors here getting to know some of their illnesses and things so they can give them a plan for the future and how treat themselves better.”
According to Kyle Haze, Missionary with the Caring Partners international, the missionary team which comprises of nurses and doctors in various specialties, are proving care for residents that would not regularly be accessible to them.

“They are covering anything from respiratory illnesses to like physical illnesses like in the back and muscles they are treating, physical therapists are here working on stretching people and they are also treating the children with vitamins and other thing to help them with their ongoing health and some of the more serious cases which try to refer them to other doctors here locally so that they can keep with their health care. We believe that Jesus Christ called us here to care about the whole person and not just the spiritual part but the whole person so that is why we are here, we are here to help people with their respiratory illness; we had a women here who had never stood in her life and the other day they were able to work with her and she was able to stand on her own two feet and with some help for the first time in her whole life and it was just so excited to see how God called us here and her face was just lit up because she has never experienced that before so that is why we are here.”
In this day and era when health care is costly organizers of the clinic believe northenos should take advantage of the free services offered.
Prakash Makhijani- Pastor
“We have invited these people to come down here to give the help for the general public, we are concern about the public and our nation of Belize and plus we are concerned about their spiritual life and that is the whole idea about bringing this team. It is very important because we see the condition of our nation at this moment specially the crisis that is going on; people don’t have job and all and they are going in depression and all kind of health issues so I as a pastor I am observing what is happening and so I want to bring in people in any way, if god lives in their heart and help them in their health problem and possibly in some other problems.”
The missionary group will be making their way to the village of Ranchito in the Corozal District tomorrow then in the City of Belmopan before departing the country on Friday.
