14348715_10207046699553914_682847662_nThe Minister of state in the Ministry of Transport met today with Northern Bus Owners to discuss and address issues affecting the Public Transportation industry in this area. The meeting was held in Belmopan and was attended by Minster Edmund Castro and Chief Transport Officer Tirsio Galvez along with several Northern Bus owner.


The meeting held this morning is part of a nationwide review and restructuring of the transport industry, including the rationalization and regularization of rates, as well as the improvement of the quality of service provided to the public.

Several changes and adjustments were proposed in today’s meeting which will be taken to Cabinet and the transport Board for finalization and implementation.
