15007636_10207446596151079_449850136_oA 21 year old resident of Guinea Grass village is tonight recuperating at the Northern Regional Hospital after he sustained severe head and body injuries reportedly at the hands of a police officer attached to the substation in the village. Reports from the family indicate that Hugo Noh was socializing at a local grocery store in the village, when he allegedly got in an altercation with an off duty police officer who was reportedly under the influence of alcohol and was also socializing in the area allegedly in the company of other villagers. Reports are that the altercation between the two led to the officer inflicting several lesions to Noh, principally on his head with his police issued fire arm.

Our news team is still working on getting more information about the incident and we will have a more detailed report in tomorrow’s newscast including interviews with family members and eye witnesses of the altercation.
