Screen_Shot_2017-01-18_at_6.49.04_PMA case management hearing in the infamous case against accused Murderer and Kidnapper William Danny Mason was scheduled for today in Belize City. However, the session was adjourned until February 10th because defense attorney, Dickie Bradley, was unavailable for court today. Mason who stands accused of the brutal killing of Pastor Llewellyn Lucas back in July of last year, was not required to be brought from Prison today, seeing that the case is not at the substantive stage as yet.


Preliminary inquiry in the case has been set for February 21st and word from lead prosecutor, ACP Chester Williams, is that they will be prepared. Mason along with his band of accomplices have up to date, only been served with partial disclosure as the prosecution is still awaiting the results of testing being done abroad.


ACP Chester Williams declined an interview with the media this morning citing the new media policy which indicates that we must go through the police press unit to obtain interviews with police department officials.
