Screen_Shot_2017-03-30_at_6.53.03_PMThe second fire incident was recorded this afternoon in the Carmelita Village and has been classified as a case of Arson. While information surrounding this latest fire is very minimal what we can tell you is that this pimento structure was set on fire by a Carmelita resident sometime after one this afternoon. As you can see the structure received minimal damage to the front side as neighbors were quick to assist in containing the fire.

While the owners of the building are not cooperating with investigations, we understand that Orange Walk police have detained the person believed to be responsible for the burning.
