Driving that vehicle at the time was 21 year old Pedrito Ku of San Jose Village. Traveling with Ku at the time of the accident were Gian Juchim, 40 year old Rigoberto Juchim, 16 year old Rowel Cruz and Amid Gomez all of San Jose Village.

Gian Juchim was treated and release from the Northern Regional Hospital, whilst Rigoberto Juchim is listed in a stable condition.
