“Yesterday the legal advisor gave a presentation to the national executive and the recommendation is that we should challenge it. We believe that something went wrong and we need to make sure that we have all of those doubts cleared. We believe that Andre is the legitimate mayor of San Pedro that he won that election and that is why we are challenging that election. We hope that we can get a new election for the entire counsel of San Pedro. Certain boxes did not tally, there were missing ballots and then we have I think 275 ballots that are unaccounted for we don’t know where those ballots are so there are number of inconsistencies that can raise and create doubt as to the legitimacy of that election.”
